Pablo assists in Church growth planning and development: spiritually through teaching, individual and group discipleship, overseeing of small groups and counseling-and materially through the coordination of all construction projects the church develops-at the church and additionally for all benevolence projects.

Pablo also works with the youth in the surrounding community through sports evangelism and holds a Saturday morning Bible study for students from seventh grade through college.

Together Pablo and Martha help in the coordination and translation for visiting foreign mission groups that bring programs such as vacation bible school, free medical, dental and vision clinics, youth programs, women and men's programs, building projects, etc. They also have coordinated several mission outreaches done by La Gran Comisión. These mission outreaches are both within the Republic of Mexico and have now reached internationally, to Cuba.

Pablo and Martha are also very invested in both personal and pre-marital counseling for couples and have given counsel to numerous couples since 1998.

In May 2007 doors were opened beyond Mexico! Pablo and Martha have made multiple trips to Cuba to speak at a pastor's conference, to be the key-note speaker at a youth camp, and to serve as interpreters with "Discipler Training International" training leaders how to disciple others for the purpose of spiritual maturity and reproduction! Pablo has also traveled to Chile with DTI, as an interpreter and to India with Taft Avenue Community Church. There he served with a team from TACC, in partnership with an indigenous training center to minister to an unreached people group near the city of Siliguri, India, sharing the gospel and discipling.

Pablo and Martha have served in Ensenada since 1989 and their hearts beat for Mexico and the people of this beautiful country!
